Get the source code of the PowerShell cmdlets

August 25, 2017

Example:

$commandName = "Write-Host";

(Get-Command $commandName).DLL;
(Get-Command $commandName).ImplementingType;

Then you can use a decompiler to look at the code, eg. Reflector, ILSpy etc.
